I’m Azad Halavi, Your Partner in Complex Decisions, Leadership, and Change
For over twenty years, my professional journey has taken me through business, management, and entrepreneurship where I learned that important decisions rarely come with clear or ready-made answers.
Today, I work with executives, leaders, and professionals facing change, difficult decisions, or new directions. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to create space to see what can easily be overlooked amid complexity, pressure, and responsibility.
Together, we explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and discover new possibilities, so that your decisions and direction become more conscious and truly your own.
For me, coaching is more than reaching a goal. It is an opportunity to better understand how you decide, how you lead, and how you show up.
